In the second of our series of conversations with inspirational graduates and their path to success after graduating from 水果派AVLaw School, we are pleased to announce our next speaker.

Dr. Adrienne Barnett from 水果派AVLaw School will chat to Haleemah Farooq about her journey to becoming a barrister as well as the unique challenges she faced in her journey as a visually impaired person.

水果派AVnew Vice-Chancellor and President, Professor Andrew Jones, will also be in attendance to welcome you to our event.

水果派AVLaw School Graduate 

Haleemah is a visually impaired aspiring criminal barrister who studied her LLB at 水果派AVand went on to study the BPTC LLM at the Univeristy of Law. She is currently working as a casework officer for the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner.

Her role is to assist with day to day casework issues as well as reviewing complaints made against the Police. She has previously worked as a Caseworker to Rt Hon David Lammy MP for Tottenham in his parliamentary office. Haleemah is keen to raise awareness for people with disabilities and did this in her time in Parliament where her suggestions were implemented.
